VEROMA DUNE

A refundable security deposit of ₹5,000 per machine shall be collected for the Veroma Dune and Veroma Flora machines.

The rental arrangement shall have a mandatory 24-month (2-year) lock-in period, and the customer agrees to continue the rental arrangement for the complete 24-month period.

Upon successful completion of the 24-month lock-in period, and subject to clearance of all outstanding payments or dues, the ₹5,000 security deposit shall be refunded in full to the customer.

After completion of the 24-month lock-in period, Veroma shall conduct a complete inspection and warranty/condition check of the machine. Subject to the machine being in acceptable condition and all contractual obligations being fulfilled, the machine shall be transferred to the customer at no additional cost (FREE OF COST).

The free transfer of ownership shall be subject to the machine not having been intentionally damaged, misused, modified, or tampered with by the customer. Any damage arising from misuse or unauthorized modification may be subject to applicable charges.

Once the required inspection is completed and all dues are cleared, Veroma shall complete the ownership transfer process, and the customer shall become the sole owner of the machine.Note: The security deposit and ownership-transfer benefits are applicable subject to the customer complying with all terms and conditions of the rental agreement throughout the 24-month lock-in period.

Any damage, malfunction, performance issue, or failure of the machine caused directly or indirectly by the use of third-party, non-Veroma, or unapproved diffuser oils shall NOT be covered under warranty. This warranty exclusion shall apply even if the machine is otherwise within its applicable warranty period.

Following successful completion of the 24-month lock-in period and transfer of the machine to the customer, Veroma shall provide a 1-year warranty, subject to the applicable terms and conditions of the warranty. However, any damage resulting from the use of third-party, non-Veroma, or unapproved diffuser oils shall be excluded from this warranty.

In the event that any damage or malfunction occurs due to the use of third-party, non-Veroma, or unapproved diffuser oils, all applicable costs related to inspection, repair, replacement of parts, servicing, transportation, or replacement of the machine, where applicable, shall be borne solely by the customer.

Once the 24-month lock-in period has been successfully completed, all applicable outstanding dues have been cleared, and the required machine inspection has been completed, the customer shall become the sole owner of the machine, subject to the terms and conditions stated herein.IMPORTANT NOTICE – USE OF VEROMA-APPROVED DIFFUSER OILS: For optimal machine performance, customers are strongly advised to use only Veroma-approved diffuser oils. Veroma machines are designed and calibrated to perform optimally with Veroma-approved diffuser oils. Performance with any third-party, non-Veroma, or unapproved diffuser oil cannot be guaranteed. Any damage, malfunction, or performance issue caused directly or indirectly by the use of third-party, non-Veroma, or unapproved diffuser oils shall not be covered under warranty. In such cases, all applicable inspection, servicing, repair, parts, transportation, or replacement costs shall be borne solely by the customer.
